While Presidio has a rich and storied history - pueblos, Spaniards, wars, cattle drives, railroads - it, sadly, does not not have an Allsups. So if you're off to Big Bend Ranch State Park or Marfa for some Western adventure, gonna have to get your "Chimi" fill in Fort Stockton.
