Refund / Return Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery date. All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in the original condition. Skincare, makeup, ear & nose jewelry, bath, and body products are not eligible for return. Your packing slip and order confirmation email must accompany the returned merchandise. Please write the reason(s) for your return(s) next to the item on your packing slip. Your refund will be denied and shipped back at your expense if your return does not contain your packing slip AND confirmation email.
Items ordered with any discount code (i.e. freeship75) or purchased at a promotional or sale price are NOT eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your returned order. After your order has been processed, you will be credited back to your original form of payment. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to post back on your card. If your refund has not gone through by that time, please contact your bank before you contact us.
Shipping costs are deducted from the refund total. All shipping costs are non refundable.
Exchanges are accepted only if the product you purchased comes incorrectly (wrong size, color, or item). You must provide proof of the incorrect item by emailing your packing slip, order confirmation, and photo of the item(s) to email@example.com. Incorrect items will not be refunded, and are only eligible for an exchange of the exact item(s) that are listed on your original packing slip.
Exchange requests must be sent within 3 days of delivery date. Any requests sent after 3 days will unfortunately be denied.
Once your item has shipped, we are no longer responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We recommend purchasing insurance with your order through the currier service you choose to make your delivery.
