Refund / Return Policy

At our store, we carefully curate a collection of vintage, secondhand, handmade, and imported European goods. Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are final on the following items:

Vintage items
Secondhand items
Handmade items
Imported goods
Jewelry
Food and beverages
Sale or clearance merchandise

Please note that vintage and secondhand items are pre-owned and may show minor signs of age, wear, imperfections, repairs, or other cosmetic flaws. These characteristics are part of their uniqueness and are carefully inspected and taken into consideration when determining the item’s condition and price. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and accept their pre-owned nature.

New merchandise may be eligible for a return within 48 hours of purchase or delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:

The item is in its original, unopened packaging.
The item has not been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or are missing their original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

We encourage all customers to inspect their purchases before leaving the store. We thoroughly inspect our merchandise before it is offered for sale and cannot make exceptions to this policy.

Items ordered with any discount code (i.e. freeship75) or purchased at a promotional or sale price are NOT eligible for return.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your returned order. After your order has been processed, you will be credited back to your original form of payment.  Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to post back on your card. If your refund has not gone through by that time, please contact your bank before you contact us. 

Shipping costs are deducted from the refund total. All shipping costs are non refundable. 

Shipping

Once your item has shipped, we are no longer responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We recommend purchasing insurance with your order through the currier service you choose to make your delivery.
